Construction

Silicone foam profile with embedded zeolite, lateral stainless steel foil bonded with structural adhesive serving as a water vapor barrier preventing the gas loss in IGU system.

Applicability

GSS Flex is compatible with applicators for both automatic and semi-automatic IGU production and for hand-made applicators.

Advantages

Our products have very low psi-values. The use of stainless steel provides a reliable water vapor and gas barrier, the product is in compliance with EN1279-2 and EN 1279-3. Our spacer`s water vapor adsorption capacity is almost 2 times higher compared with conventional spacers. The flexible construction allows for full automation of manufacturing. Neither bending plant nor a molecular sieve filling line are required. Thereby many production steps will be omitted.
