Curved float glass:

With our long-term experience, we are capable of producing even the most difficult geometries up to a maximum dimension of 3200 x 6000 mm with our shaping technology. Whether the curves are cylindrical, conical or even spherical, the limits are set in many cases only by the laws of physics.

The glass can be further treated in the following production steps to become curved laminated safety glass or insulated glass.

Curved toughened and heat-strengthened glass:

Curved geometries have firmly established themselves as a permanent part of modern architecture, both for interior design and facades. We offer you the opportunity of creating design statements, taking into account safety aspects, up to a maximum dimension of 1500 x 2600 mm. Just as in the float glass segment, the glass can be further treated in additional production steps to become curved laminated safety glass or insulated glass and so appropriately fulfill its function e.g. in facade, stairway or overhead areas.

Curved laminated safety glass:

All curved glass can be processed into curved laminated safety glass with our autoclave technology. Based on the principle behind vehicle windscreens, increasing safety requirements are met here by lamination with an interlay sheet.

Curved laminated safety glass can be produced by us with a maximum dimension of 3200 x 6000 mm for facade, elevator or roof glazing.

Curved insulated glass:

We meet the constant demand for more energy efficiency with our ongoing further developments in the segment of curved insulated glazing: State of the art solar and thermal insulation coatings are a permanent part of our product range. Curved insulated glass for facades can be produced in all variation options up to a maximum dimension of 3200 x 6000 mm.
